Health Reform Recipe Ideas
1. Asparagus, broccoli, califlower, salad, green pea soup.
2. Buckwheat pancakes, scrambled tofu, grapes, and apples.
3. Salad with seal sause, lintles, brussel sprouts, and asparagus.
4. Fruit salad - Avocados, (saute' in a pan the green, red, and yellow bell peppers,) sunflower seeds, cucumber, tomatoes. (Bell peppers are fruits) you can add olives if you like. Salt and add seasoning to your taste. We used onion powder, garlic powder, italian seasoning, salt etc. You can also wrap it up in a burrito or use it as a spread on bread. Or just eat it out the bowl.
