Medical Missionary 10 Day Challenge.
We're going to do what we did last time in our 10 day challenge. This time we're going to add a couple more things.
1. Meal plan - You need to create your 10 day meal plan. You can clone your last one if you would like and switch it up by adding a couple more recepies.
Make sure you implement lots of fruits and veggies in your meals. This is super important. During this 10 day challenge you want to eat lots and lots of fruits and veggies.
2. Observe strictly the 8 laws of health reform. I did a message on each one of the laws. Each message is about an hour long so you have about a little over 8hrs of video material you should study during your 10 day challenge. It will help you stay motivated.
3. Hydro Therapy - Hydro means "water" and Therapy means "treatment." Therefore, hydro therapy simply means, "water treatment." We want you to do water treatments two times a day for 10 days.
Hop in the shower and spend 3 minutes in the hot water and one minute in the cold water. You'll do three sessions of 3 minutes hot and 1 minute cold.
1st Session of hydro Therapy - first three minutes the water should be warm hot, and then the cold water should be cold-warm.
2nd session of hydro Therapy - Water should be a little more hot than the first session and the cold water should be a little colder than the first session.
3rd and final session of hydro Therapy - Water should be as hot as you can take it for 3 minutes and cold as you can take it for 1 minute. Repeat 2x a day, morning and evening.
Fasting - During the 10 day challenge pick 3 out of the 10 days to fast. Buy organic lemons and drink lemon water while on your fast.
Try to go the whole day, but if you can't, eat fruits or veggies for your dinner. This is for fasting days.
Assessment - Report your daily assessment of your sets and 8 laws of health to your coach.
