6am - 8oz of lemon water and 20 deep breaths (outside)

6:30am - Morning Devotion and 20 deep breaths (inside with window open)

7am - Kale juice 8oz (A session of sets)

8am - Red Clover tea 8oz and 20 deep breaths

9am - Salad and steamed asparagus

10am - 20 deep breaths

11am - Red clover tea 8oz

12pm - 20 deep breaths (A session of sets)

1pm - beet juice 8oz and 20 deep breaths

2pm - Red clover tea 8oz

3pm - Salad, broccoli, asperagus, garlic

4pm - Spinach - kale juice 8oz and 20 deep breaths

5pm - Red Clover tea 8oz

6pm - Evening devotion and 20 deep breaths (A session of sets)

Below is insight on the laws of health

Healing trust in Divine power:
1. 1 Hour a day on the life of Jesus( Math, Mark, Luke or John or The Desire of ages)
2.Promises that can be helpful if claimed. Isaiah 23:6, Ps:103:1-5 Duet 7:15
3.Try taking 15 minutes out of the day to slow down and sit in nature. Just to think deeply and reflect.
4.Read the Ministry of Healing especially the chapter mind cure.

E Exercise program. Start easy as can be tolerated with a walking program and increase gradually to 2-5 miles a day. Gentle rebounding 10-15 minutes daily(this helps with lymphatic system).

R Rest:
1. Bed time with all lights out by 9-9.30pm is optimal(turn off wi-fi) If you can’t sleep don’t count sheep, talk to the Shepherd.
2.The heart needs to be open to the creator. Let Him show you the emotions and thoughts that need to let go of for healing. This is of vital importance. Recomended watching. Audioverse.com Go to presenters and watch Horst Mueller on the needs of the cell. Please!

E Elixer of life:
1.(water) Tea Pau d arco and redclover-slippery elm Instructions: Take 4 cups of water (32oz) and put in pan. Bring to a boil then add 1 teaspoon of each of the teas listed and turn off heat. Let steep for 20 minutes place in a glass bottle and use throughout the day as seen on cleanse schedule. Drink 3-5 ounces of water on the half hour with the exception of breakfast and lunch leave 30 minutes before eating and one to two hours after to drink again.

2.Enema is optional One each night for three nights for the first three nights of the 21 day raw choice.(coffee enema is also a nice choice)
3.Hot and cold showers. 3 minutes warm as tolerated and 30 seconds cold as tolerated with an exchange of 3 times. End in cold dry off completely and dress in natural fabrics, then rest for 45 minutes in bed.

S Sunshine: Sun bath for 15 minutes in the early light preferably or early evening. Try a little light stretching in the sunshine. Let the sun touch as much of the skin of the body as possible especially the area around the naval (viscera). It can also be a good time to reflect.

T Temperance: Keep all poisons out where possible. Corded phones are better than cordless. Fast from computers and other microwave radiation gadgets. Let the mind slow down and relax as far as possible. Avoid animal products.

O Open air: Deep breathing exercises 6-8 times daily done in the open air out of doors
while cleansing. Sleep with window slightly cracked at night. Consider a plant or two in your room to help purify the air. (Boston fir, spider plants, Gabera daisies)
Wear natural fabrics such as cotton, linen and wool.
R Real nutrition: Vegetable juice With green formula
Celery 3 oz, Carrot 2 oz, spinach 3 oz, cilantro (parsley, or Kale can be substituted), and (organic vegetables)
Green formula can be barley or wheat grass. Just barley by pure planet is a nice choice or fresh wheat grass.

E Expressions of gratitude: Start to record or count your blessings. Sounds simple but it works wonders for the mind and heart. Purchase a journal and put 15 items each day that you are thankful for.

S Streams of benevolence: Look for someone to help in what ever capacity you can eadh day. Isaiah 58. This is a promise from the Lord.
