We must understand the importance of fiber in our diet. Most people who are vegetarians and don't eat any meat products are lacking greatly in fiber. We are finding a lot of vegetarians are overweight and have high blood pressure and a lot of other diseases like cancer.

The reason for this is because they eat a lot of fried, high protein, and high sugar foods. Very low fiber is in their diet and this is extremely dangerous.

Most people who are vegetarians are eating exactly like those who are on the standard American diet and this is the reason why they're attracting the same type of diseases. The only difference is that the vegetarians don't have meat products in their diet.

The standard American diet is high in protein and cholesterol, and those who are vegetarians eat the same way, a high protein and high cholesterol diet. All the fake foods like Morningstar, veggie patties, big franks, veggie hot dogs, and all these fake meats have no fiber in it and are high in protein.

A diet like this will cause the same cancer and diseases that a meat based diet will cause. The difference between a vegetarian and a meat eater is that a meat eater may die faster and a vegetarian may die slower.

Foods that are high in fiber helps with heart disease which is the number one killer in the United States of America.

During the digestion process the body separates the nutrients, liquids, and oils from the fiber. The body takes the oils and nutrients to strengthen and nourish itself. The body uses the fiber as a broom or vacuum cleaner to clean itself out. As the vacuum cleaner passes over the floor and collects dirt and puts it in the vacuum cleaner so does fiber pass through the small intestines and colon and the body puts unwanted things into it.

When you eat foods high in fiber the body will put waste products, extra fat, and poisons into that fiber which will turn into fecal matter. Then it will be released out of the body through a bowel movement. The reason you have a bowl movement is to allow your body to get rid of everything that can't be eliminated through the other channels of elimination like the lungs, skin, and kidneys.

This is why fiber is so important because if the extra fat, poisons, waste products stay in the body it will cause sickness and disease later on.

So start eating more foods that are high in fiber so you can give your body a deep cleaning.
